Why didn’t I receive the Pin-Up account activation email or SMS?
If your Pin up account activation email or SMS is missing, usually it’s a small technical issue.
Try these steps:
- Check spam/junk folder in your email. Search for “Pin-Up” or “activation”.
- If using Gmail, also check the “Promotions” or “Updates” tabs.
- Make sure you typed the correct email or phone number during registration.
- Click “Resend code / Resend email” on the Pin-Up login or registration page.
- Wait 5–10 minutes. Sometimes the code or link comes with a small delay.
- If still nothing, try a different browser or switch mobile data/Wi‑Fi and request again.
- As a last step, contact Pin-Up support via live chat or email and give your login, phone, and time of registration.
Note: You must activate your account before you can deposit and play in the casino normally.
