My account has been compromised. What should I do?
If you think your Pin up account is hacked or someone else is using it, act immediately:
Change password:
- Go to the login page and click “Forgot password?”.
- Reset your password using your email or phone.
- Set a strong new password that you never used on any other casino or website.
Secure your email and phone:
- Change the password of the email linked to your Pin up account.
- Check for unknown recovery phone numbers or backup emails.
Contact support at once:
- Open Live Chat or email support from the official site.
- Explain that your account is compromised and request: account lock, login history check, and reversal of any suspicious bets or withdrawals.
Tip: Do not share screenshots showing full password, OTP, or full bank/card details with anyone, even “support” in social media.
