My deposit is not credited, what should I do?

If your Pin up deposit is not showing in your balance, first check a few simple things:

  1. Wait 10–15 minutes – sometimes the bank or payment gateway is a bit slow. Refresh your casino balance page.
  2. Check payment status in your bank app / bKash / Nagad / card statement to confirm the money was actually deducted.
  3. Reload your account page or log out and log in again to Pin up.
  4. Take screenshots:
    • Payment confirmation (transaction ID, time, amount)
    • Your Pin up account ID / username
  5. Contact support:
    • Open “Support” or “Live Chat” on the site/app, or email support with the screenshots.

Mention the payment method, exact amount and time of deposit. Support will trace the transaction and either credit the money to your casino balance or guide you on refund. Do not try repeated deposits until this one is resolved.
