Mobile site is not loading — what to do?
If the Pin up mobile site is not loading on your phone, usually it’s a connection or browser issue.
Try these steps:
- Check internet – turn mobile data/Wi‑Fi off and on, or switch between them. Make sure other sites open.
- Refresh the page – tap reload, or close the tab and open the Pin up site again.
