How do I report a technical problem?
If something on Pin up is not working correctly, you can report a technical problem directly from your account:
- Log in to your Pin up account on the website or mobile app.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Support” or “Help”.
- Choose “Live Chat” or “Email/Contact form”.
