How do I report a technical problem?

If something on Pin up is not working correctly, you can report a technical problem directly from your account:

  1. Log in to your Pin up account on the website or mobile app.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Support” or “Help”.
  3. Choose “Live Chat” or “Email/Contact form”.
  4. Clearly describe the issue: what went wrong, on which page (casino, sports, payment, etc.), and the exact time.
  5. Attach a screenshot if possible. This helps the support team find the problem faster.
  6. Send your message and wait for a reply; usually they respond within a short time.
