Why is my withdrawal pending or delayed at Pin-Up?
A withdrawal can stay pending at Pin up if your payment or account checks are not finished yet.
Common reasons:
- Verification not complete – Your ID, address or phone may still be under review. Upload clear documents in “Profile” → “Verification”.
- Payment method check – The casino must confirm that the card/e-wallet is in your name. Use the same method for deposit and withdrawal.
- Processing time – Bank cards and local bank transfers in Bangladesh can take 1–5 business days after approval.
- Bonus or wagering not finished – If you used a bonus, complete the turnover rules first.
If the status is “Pending” for more than the usual time, take a screenshot and contact support via live chat or email with your account ID and payment details.
